Position Overview

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Tele Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting telephone-based research to gather information, verify data, and provide insights that support our business objectives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Telephone Research

• Make outbound calls to gather information from target audiences.
• Conduct surveys, interviews, and data verification calls.
• Collect and record accurate data in a systematic manner.

Data Collection and Analysis

• Gather and analyze data to identify trends and insights.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of information collected.
• Compile and present research findings in a clear and concise manner.

Database Management

• Update and maintain accurate records in the company’s database.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
• Regularly review and clean the database to remove outdated or incorrect information.

Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare detailed reports based on research findings.
• Document methodologies and processes for future reference.
• Provide regular updates on research progress and results to the management team.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with other team members to support research projects.
• Communicate effectively with respondents to obtain necessary information.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand research needs and objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a tele-research, telemarketing, or related role.
• Experience in B2B or market research is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
